Return & Exchange
We design our garments to meet the highest expectations of cyclists. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange in size or color, subject to availability.
Returned items must be in perfect condition: unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Stelvio Collection reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, access your order through your Stelvio profile:
- Go to stelviocollection.com and click the profile icon at the top right of the website.
- Enter the email address used at checkout (whether you created an account or checked out as a guest).
- Once logged in, select the order you wish to return and click the return button.
- In the note field, indicate whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
- In case of an exchange, please specify the desired size or color.
- Submit your request. You will receive a confirmation email once it has been processed.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other forms of payment, but may be used for future purchases.
- Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed. This may take up to 15 business days.
Note:
If a customer places an order above €100 to qualify for free shipping, but later returns part of the order reducing the total below the threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
This helps us maintain an efficient and sustainable service.

- within the European Union, return shipping is free of charge.
- outside the EU, return shipping and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
