Return & Exchange
We design our garments to meet the highest expectations of cyclists. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange in size or color, subject to availability.
Returned items must be in perfect condition: unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Stelvio Collection reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, access your order through your Stelvio profile:
- Go to stelviocollection.com and click the profile icon at the top right of the website.
- Enter the email address used at checkout (whether you created an account or checked out as a guest).
- Once logged in, select the order you wish to return and click the return button.
- In the note field, indicate whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
- In case of an exchange, please specify the desired size or color.
- Submit your request. You will receive a confirmation email once it has been processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we refund the full price of the returned items.
Shipping costs are never refunded. If your order had free shipping, the standard rate for your zone is deducted from your refund.
- Timing: refunds are issued 10–14 days after your return reaches our warehouse.
- Method: always to your original payment method.
- Outside the EU / Switzerland: customs duties and import fees are also deducted.
- Gift cards: non-refundable, but always usable for future orders.
Proof of Delivery at UPS Access Point
When dropping off your parcel at a UPS Access Point, make sure to receive and keep the drop-off confirmation. This receipt is essential: without proof of delivery to the Point, we cannot issue a refund if the parcel gets lost.
Return Shipping
This is the cost of sending your return back to us — separate from the original delivery cost, which is non-refundable (see Refunds above).
- Within the European Union: return shipping is free of charge.
- Outside the EU: return shipping and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
