How can i contact customer service?

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer, PayPal, Klarna.

What happens if my parcel gets lost?

We offer two shipping options: with or without insurance.
If you choose insured shipping, you will receive a full refund in case of loss.
If you choose uninsured shipping, we will not be able to issue any refund in case your parcel is lost.

What if my parcel appears as delivered but I haven’t received it?

If your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  1. (e.g. reception, concierge) to see if someone accepted the delivery on your behalf.
  2. you provided at checkout.
  3. with your tracking number for more detailed delivery information.

If your shipment was insured, we will immediately reship your order at no additional cost.

If your shipment was not insured, we regret to inform you that we cannot take responsibility for the lost parcel, as delivery was confirmed by the courier.

For future orders, we strongly recommend selecting the insured shipping option for full protection in case of loss or delivery issues.

How long does it take to deliver the products?

Can i return or exchange a product?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase. Ensure that the product is in its original condition and that you have requested a return authorization through our customer service at this address: returns@stelviocollection.com.
