To ensure the best possible delivery service, your order will be sent out via UPS or Poste Italiane (Italy) or UPS - DHL (EU and Extra EU).
As soon as your products have been handed over to the courier, you’ll receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website that will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.
Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order total reaches the threshold for your destination:
- Italy & European Union: free shipping over 100€
- United Kingdom & Norway: free shipping over 200€
- Switzerland: free shipping over 100 CHF
- Rest of the world: free shipping over 250€
Important: if your order qualifies for free shipping but you later return part of it, the standard shipping rate for your zone will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are never refunded. See the Refunds section of our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

An insured shipping option is also available at checkout for an additional fee (see Shipping Insurance Policy below).
Shipping Insurance Policy
To protect our customers in the event of loss or failed delivery, we offer the option to insure your parcel at checkout for a small additional fee.
If you choose to insure your parcel, it will be fully covered. In case of loss or delivery failure, we will reship it immediately at no extra cost.
If you choose not to insure your parcel, Stelvio cannot take responsibility for any issues that may occur during shipping.
We strongly recommend selecting the insurance option for full peace of mind.

🌍 Customs & Duties
In this section, you’ll find all the information regarding customs duties and import taxes for international orders. If your order is shipped outside the European Union, additional charges may apply. For UK orders, all VAT and duties are already included in the product price at checkout. no extra costs will apply.
United Kingdom
All UK orders include VAT and import duties, fully covered by Stelvio Collection. Customers will not incur any extra charges beyond the product price shown at checkout. Please note: returns from the UK are not free of charge.
Extra-EU Customs Duties
For non-EU deliveries, any import customs duties are at the recipient’s expense. The exact amount will be communicated by the courier upon arrival at the destination. We recommend contacting local customs authorities for cost estimates.
Refusal of Goods / Non-Delivery
If an order is refused or cannot be delivered, the following costs will be deducted from the refund:
- Initial shipping cost
- Return shipping cost
- Customs fees for return
Only the product cost will be refunded.
