📦 Shipping and Payments
To ensure the best possible delivery service, your order will be sent out via UPS or Poste Italiane (Italy) or UPS - DHL (EU and Extra EU).
As soon as your products have been handed over to the courier, you’ll receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website that will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.
Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order total reaches the threshold for your destination:
- Italy & European Union: free shipping over 100€
- United Kingdom: free shipping over 200€
- Switzerland: free shipping over 100 CHF
- Norway, Japan & rest of the world: free shipping over 250€
Free shipping applies to the Standard service. Express delivery, where available, is always charged - but at a reduced rate once you pass the threshold.
Important: if your order qualifies for free shipping but you later return part of it, the standard shipping rate for your zone will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are never refunded. See the Refunds section of our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Parcel Protection & Insurance
Orders within the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland are covered by us as standard. Your parcel travels at our risk until it reaches you: if it is lost or never delivered, we reship or refund it at no cost to you. There is nothing to add at checkout and no extra fee - this protection is included in every order.
For Japan and the rest of the world, an optional insured shipping service is available at checkout. These parcels travel long distances through several carriers and customs authorities, where tracking can be limited and claims harder to pursue. If you select the insured option and your parcel is lost or fails to be delivered, we reship it immediately at no extra cost.
We recommend the insured option for high-value orders shipped outside Europe.

Estimated transit times once your parcel has been handed to the carrier. Customs clearance delays are not included.

- European Union: 2-5 business days (Express 1-3)
- United Kingdom: 2-6 business days (Express 2-4)
- Norway: 3-7 business days (Express 2-4)
- Switzerland: 2 business days
- Japan: 7-15 business days (Express 3-6)
- Rest of the world: 7-15 business days (Express 4-8)

🌍 Customs & Duties
In this section, you’ll find all the information regarding customs duties and import taxes for international orders. If your order is shipped outside the European Union, additional charges may apply. Learn more about how customs fees are calculated, who is responsible for them, and what to expect when ordering from abroad.
For UK orders, all VAT and duties are already included in the product price at checkout. no extra costs will apply.
United Kingdom
All UK orders include VAT and import duties, fully covered by Stelvio Collection. Customers will not incur any extra charges beyond the product price shown at checkout. Please note: returns from the UK are not free of charge.
Extra-EU Customs Duties
For non-EU deliveries, any import customs duties are at the recipient’s expense. The exact amount will be communicated by the courier upon arrival at the destination. We recommend contacting local customs authorities for cost estimates.
Delivery Exceptions
Your parcel is covered by us until it reaches you. There are a few situations, however, where a delivery fails for reasons we cannot control or verify. In these cases we are not able to reship or refund free of charge:
- Incorrect or incomplete address. Please check street, number, postcode and phone number carefully before confirming your order - most failed deliveries start here.
- Delivery to a parcel-forwarding service, PO box or unattended address. Once a parcel is handed over to a forwarder, we have no visibility and no recourse over what happens to it afterwards.
- Unpaid customs charges or refused delivery. See the Refusal of Goods section below for how the refund is calculated in this case.
- Repeated failed delivery attempts where the carrier was unable to reach you and the parcel is returned to sender.
- Parcels the carrier records as delivered to the address you provided.
If one of these happens to you, write to us anyway. We will look at every case individually and do whatever we reasonably can to sort it out with the carrier.
Refusal of Goods / Non-Delivery
If an order is refused or cannot be delivered, the following costs will be deducted from the refund:
- Initial shipping cost
- Return shipping cost
- Customs fees for return
Only the product cost will be refunded.
