To ensure the best possible delivery service, your order will be sent out via UPS or Poste Italiane (Italy) or UPS - DHL (EU and Extra EU).
As soon as your products have been handed over to the courier, you’ll receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website that will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.
Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping over 100€/100£ (EU ONLY - Zone 01)
If a customer purchases two shirts of different sizes, exceeding 100€ for free shipping, and then returns one item, the initially waived shipping cost will be deducted.

🌍 Customs & Duties

Extra-EU Customs Duties
For non-EU deliveries (except the UK), any import customs duties are at the recipient’s expense. The exact amount will be communicated by the courier upon arrival at the destination. We recommend contacting local customs authorities for cost estimates.
United Kingdom (Post-Brexit)
All orders shipped to the UK include VAT and customs duties, which are fully covered by Stelvio Collection. Customers will not be charged any additional costs beyond the product price displayed at checkout.
Refusal of Goods / Non-Delivery
If an order is refused or cannot be delivered, the following costs will be deducted from the refund:
• Initial shipping cost
• Return shipping cost
• Customs fees for return
• The product cost will be refunded.
