Shipping policy

1. HOW WE SHIP

Every order ships from our warehouses in Italy and Switzerland with a tracked carrier. As soon as your products have been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, so you can follow your delivery at any time.

 

2. FREE SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order total reaches the threshold for your destination:

  • Italy and European Union: over 150 EUR
  • Switzerland: over 100 CHF
  • United Kingdom: over 200 EUR
  • Norway, Japan and rest of the world: over 250 EUR

Express delivery, where available, is always charged, but at a reduced rate once you pass the threshold.

Partial returns. If your order qualified for free shipping and you return part of it, so that the value of the items you keep falls below the threshold, the standard shipping rate for your destination is deducted from your refund. This applies only to deliveries in Switzerland or outside the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and the United Kingdom. If you withdraw from your whole order, the standard delivery cost is refunded. Return shipping costs are described in our Refund policy.

Rates include VAT where applicable. If you pay in another currency, the rate is converted at checkout. The options available to you are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

 

4. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated transit times once your parcel has been handed to the carrier. Customs clearance delays are not included.

  • Italy: 1-4 business days
  • European Union: 2-5 business days (Express 1-3)
  • Switzerland: 2 business days
  • United Kingdom: 2-6 business days (Express 2-4)
  • Norway: 3-7 business days (Express 2-4)
  • Japan: 7-15 business days (Express 3-6)
  • Rest of the world: 7-15 business days (Express 4-8)

 

5. PARCEL PROTECTION AND INSURANCE

European Union, United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland: your parcel travels at our risk until it reaches you. If it is lost or never delivered, we reship it or refund you at no cost. This protection is included in every order.

Japan and rest of the world: an optional insured shipping service is available at checkout. If you select it and your parcel is lost or fails to be delivered, we reship it immediately at no extra cost. We recommend it for high-value orders shipped outside Europe.

 

6. DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS

In a few situations a delivery fails for reasons we cannot control or verify, and we are not able to reship or refund free of charge:

  • incorrect or incomplete address;
  • delivery to a parcel-forwarding service, PO box or unattended address;
  • unpaid customs charges or refused delivery (see section 8);
  • repeated failed delivery attempts, after which the parcel is returned to sender;
  • parcels the carrier records as delivered to the address you provided.

If one of these happens to you, write to us anyway: we will look at every case individually and do whatever we reasonably can to sort it out with the carrier.

 

7. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

United Kingdom: all UK orders include VAT and import duties, fully covered by Stelvio Collection. You will not be charged anything beyond the price shown at checkout.

Other destinations outside the European Union: any import duties and taxes are at the recipient's expense. The exact amount is communicated by the courier on arrival. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for an estimate.

 

8. REFUSAL OF GOODS / NON-DELIVERY

If an order is refused or cannot be delivered for one of the reasons in section 6, we refund it once the parcel is back with us.

European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and United Kingdom: we refund the products and the standard delivery cost you paid. Only the cost of returning the parcel to us is deducted.

Switzerland and rest of the world: the initial shipping cost, the return shipping cost and any customs fees for the return are deducted from the refund. The product cost is refunded.

This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

 

9. PAYMENTS

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna and bank transfer. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers: your financial data is never shared with Stelvio Collection.
