If a Digital Gift Card is associated with your customer account, then you can check the balance by using the link provided in the Digital Gift Card email.
For customers without accounts, you must contact our customer service.
Can I return a Digital Gift Card?
Our gift cards are non-refundable. If you'd like to return a purchase made with a gift card, the funds will be credited back to your gift card.
Our Digital Gift Card cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
